Epoxy Granite Tile Flooring - New Haven - Ft Wayne, Indiana

Fort Wayne Epoxy CoatingsGranite Tile is one of our unique decorative concrete finishes and this last one was done near New Haven & Fort Wayne Indiana.  With an old do-it-yourself coating that had to be removed (because it was peeling off), we knew this makeover was going to be a dramatic one.

After diamond grinding and patching several areas with our FlexKrete product and crack fill, we applied a black epoxy base coat to serve as a primer coat and also for color in the grout lines.  The following day we custom designed two foot tile at a diagonal with special design tape and rolled another layer of black epoxy over the tape.  "Gravel" chip blend (1/8" chips) were broadcast in this second black epoxy coat at 100% coverage.

After tape was removed on the following day, a thick layer of clear epoxy was applied over the surface followed by a final scratch-resistant urethane coat.
